Happy Birthday to Me!

it was last sunday. i turned 36. that looks so weird typed out. i am 36 years old....so i don't feel as light on my feet anymore, parts of me jiggle when i walk and quake when i run, but i feel good and i am thankful to be healthy and to have made it to 36. i had a pretty good day. went to church, went to costco, picked up my sitter for the boys, took the three older kids to a birthday party at chuck e cheese. jay and i went to the cheesecake factory for cheesecake, went back to cec to pick up the kids, came home to find my bil and sil waiting with a bouquet of flowers and an icecream cake from coldstone! i got (2) $20.00 and one $10.00 gift certificates to starbucks, the princess bride special edition dvd, and a new computer!!! i don't have it yet :( it's still being built...life is good.
what's up with starbucks?? it's the tazo tea!!! i love it! my favorites are the lemon iced tea, and the giant peach, mmmmm! i still occasionally get my fru fru frapp, but lately, it's all about the tea!

my dr. called me today, he's so nice, i like that he takes the time to call me himself and he talks to me like he's a friend i haven't seen in a while-
dr: is lisa home?
me: this is she...
dr: heyyyy! howya doin'? feeling ok?
me: er, yeah, i'm feeling fine...
dr: that's great! so listen, i got your test results back and i am going to increase the dosage on your medication- the test looks great, you are fine, but the norm is a 5 and you are a 17.
me: oh. ok...
dr: you were at 75, so, it's come down quite a bit
me: really? wow!
dr: yeah, so i'll call in a new prescription for you right now, just tell me where you want to pick it up
me: oh! great! the shoppe is fine...
dr: ok, then lisa. you be sure to call me if you have any questions or concerns alright?
me: sure thing, thanks for the call
dr: no problem at all. bye now!
