I heart my kids

this morning i got breakfast in bed! hot cocoa, cinnamon toast, a bowl of cookie crisp cereal, and a cup of diced peaches! and it's not even my birthday!! cam just got an idea from a book she was reading and went with it...she included drew in on her plan, and of course in a very drew way, he took over. i received this note from her along with breakfast:

Good Morning Mommy
I made...I mean drew made your breakfeast and I did not get to do any of it but I hope you enjoy your breakfeast

poor cam! she didn't seem to upset though. she is probably used to it as that is just drew's way...

What scrapbooking lines/products/etc do you DISlike?
i don't like cartoony looking elements or clip art...

What is the hardest thing you’ve ever had to scrap?
i find scrapping other people's photos hard to do because i want them to be loved by the owners.

What technique do you use more than any other?
it varies, but lately i have been using blend modes alot.

Ever been published?
yes! twice! memory makers and simple scrapbooks(digi issue #4)

What’s the smallest scrap of paper you save?
this doesn't apply to digital, but when i paper scrapped if i had less than half of a piece of paper left over it was trash.

Ever have any scrapbooking-related injuries?
other than the crook in my neck from being on the computer all of the time, i almost had heart failure when i was working on a layout and my program froze up before i could save anything...

Give us your best storage or organizational idea.
usually when i buy a kit, i intend to use it at some point so i leave it on my hard drive. after i use it, then i move it to my external hard drive and sort by designer. i'm thinking i need to rethink this strategy as i now have more kits than i can scrap in 3 lifetimes!
