I scrapped!!

i had been sitting on this layout for months! i just couldn't figure out what i wanted to do with it. originally i was inspired by a layout done by kim.bee at sbb called "shine" from the song by the newsboys. i love that song and wanted to do a similar layout, since camryn has a glow in this photo. well, i was never happy with what was happening with that...
but then i was going through one of the quote books i got from j.jill. and then it hit me!
about the books. shawn and i were shopping in the kop mall(ginormous mall, btw) and we hit a lot of my favorite stores including j.jill. while i was drooling over the clothes, shawn had found unexpected treasure in a quote book. "the little things" is a book chocked full of great quotes! and there were two others! "live good" not only has great quotes, but they are displayed with the cutest word art! and then lastly, but certainly not least is "she" and it has a lot of quotes pertaining to women, which is great, but i was hoping to use them more for my girls and only a few of the quotes can be used that way. but it is still a cute book. shawn was smart and bought all 3, i made the mistake of not buying all 3 books when she did, thinking i could just get by with "the little things". the next day when i realized my error, i went back and after buying up the last few that they had, i needed another "she" book. i soon found out that not every j.jill store carries these books, and you can't get them from the j.jill online catalog. the nice clerk did find the book at another store in PA and had it mailed to me (she was sooo cool!!). these books will be a great asset to my scrapbooking!
